Hello everyone! :D

ITS 2013!!!!!
On new years eve, almost all my family came around to mine and we all had such a great time!
More on that later..

I decided I would like to do a review on a film I saw on the half-term with my friend.

WARM BODIES!

Here is the trailer:
I would give Warm bodies a four and three quarters ( 4 3/4) out of a possible 5
as it wasn't too funny or too scary, it was an equal amount of both.
The reason the film is named Warm Bodies, in my view, is because the zombies that the humans are fighting against are evil and like to kill but later on, this particular main character named "R" falls inlove with a human. The girl he loves tries to explain to her dad the zombies are changing, and their bodies and hearts are becoming warmer.
I would DEFFINATLEY reccomend this film, and is one of my favourite films I have watched! The age range would most probably be Ten to fifty as in the cinema there was loads of teenagers and children, and some elderly people who all seemed interested!

Thankyou for reading, my  blog bugs!
Stay tuned for new updates!

Hello everyone!
Im just watching the paralympic opening ceremony on the televison.
Today after I went horse riding for the whole day, called a horse day I went to see the paralympic torch going through greenwhich! There was a man with a guide dog, a man in a wheelchair and many more.
During horseriding, I had to muck out stables, groom the horses and feed them! I also had a horse riding lesson, and we went out into the forests to ride.

Thankyou to all those people who read my blog! Keep reading for updates on my holiday :)

Sunday, 26 August 2012

Hello again everyone! DORSET WAS GREAT. FULL STOP.

Im sorry I didn't post anything when I got back, I needed a rest from all the walking and swimming!
On the last day of my holiday in dorset, I went to a place called durdle door, which has lots of beautiful beaches. The downside is that you have to do a long walk up andover a steep hill and walk down small cliffs.
Because there is alot of cliffs, on the edge of each one there is a beach! Here is some pictures:

The water is clear, and the sand was golden, and glistening in the shining sun! When I was there I made three friends really quickly, and I really enjoyed myself! The day before that, I did fossil hunting! I found three fossils, which is not bad considering they are hard to find! Back at camp, I helped do the washing up and the cooking, and also helped putting up the tent. Some nights we went out for dinner and looked around Dorset, and other times we just chilled out and read our books. The book I was reading is called the thirty-nine steps, and when I finish it I will do a book review on it.
Me and my sister walked aorund some pretty towns and did so much fun things its too much to type.
Fortunatley, the weather was really sunny on all the five days I was gone except for the last day when I was leaving and the first day when I was arriving. I slept really well too, but my sister said I was sleep talking alot. The view from my camp is astonashing! We had the view of the sea, beautiful cliffs, the country side and the campsite even had a horse field nearby! Here is a picture of the campsite:
I wasnt in that particular part because me and my sister thought it would be to windy. Unfortunatley I can't find a picture of the exact place  I was camping, but it was beautiful!

Bristol wasn't bad either. I stayed with my sisters boyfriend  parents,  and they were really kind to us! It was nice to see them again after seeing them before.

Anyway, I will post more soon. Bye for now!

From this, you know that I enjoyed this book! I would highly reccomend you to read The hunger games trilology.
Hi guys! Sorry I haven't posted anything latley!
I went to bristol recently and have been so busy, and I hadn't had the chance to post.
Yesterday I went to HMS belfast, and tommorow I am going to Dorset to camp for a week and a day! I also went to ripleys believe it or not, and I saw so much wierd things! I went in a mirror maze, and also in a lazer game, where I had to go under and over lazers without breaking them. There was also a model of the tallest man in the world!
Just to say: Im missing you all, class! And enjoy your holidays.

The 2012 Olympics was great! One of my idols, Zara phillips managed to get a silver! Well done.     .
Here is Zara and her team! She is the second one in from the left.
Here she is the one at the end on the left.
Anyway, enjoy your holidays everyone!

On monday the 23rd of July, I am going to see the Olympic torch going through Lewisham!
This is going to be a memory which follows me through my life, as the Olympics may never be held in London again.

Wednesday, 18 July 2012

I recently went to a rock festival at Hop Farm. Here's a video of Bob Dylan on stage!

I also saw a man named Maximo Park in this MASSIVE blue tent!

Last, but not least, I saw Patti Smith!

The festival was great, despite I only went for a day. It was a great experience, and I will always remember it, as it was my first time at a festival. At night time, when I was trying to get home, the car park was CHAOS. Me, my sister Laura, and her boyfriend Ollie had to wait a hour until we got out!

Book review of The Road To Inconcievable:
The road to inconcievable is a very mysterious book, but sometimes can become confusing. Sometimes you are in one place, then it skips to another! E.g: The main character kate is at  home, then she magically ends up in a place called inconcievable. This book is also filled with magic as Kate ends up in a world called inconcievable! I personally think there could be more action; more explanation; more detail. It's all about Kate's brother going missing at a fun fair when he goes on a ride and dissapears. That's when Kate has to try and find her lost brother in the world of inconcievable.I would give this book 54 out of 100.

Book review of the Hunger Games trilology by Suzanne Collins:
The first book is really detailed, and always kidnaps you when you start to read it! Once you start reading, you can't stop! There is always a cliff hanger at the end of each chapter, making you want to read more.
The first book is such a good lead up to the second book, named Catching Fire.
In Catching Fire, it is filled with mystery as when Katniss is in the arena, she and her peers find out that the arena is a clock. Every hour, a trap is unleashed to spice it up more. Near the end of this book, an uprising starts. This is because in the first book, Katniss and her lover, Peeta, are still both alive and only one person can win. This leads Katniss to having an idea of her and Peeta eating poisonous berries names Nightlock. Immediatley, the games is stopped and Katniss and Peeta are crowned the winners of the Hunger Games! The games makers who help run the games are angry, as there is only supposed to be one winner. The decision is made that Katniss's idead of suicide was an act of rebelion; this is were the third book comes into play. In the third book, District 12 where Katniss and Peeta come from, gets blown up and a rebelion starts. I think the author, Suzanne Collins likes alot of action, and also likes a touch of romance. I think the only doown side of this book is that sometimes there is to much action and depression. E.g: "As i grab the back pack, so does the boy from district 9. All of a sudden, he starts to cough sticky warm blood onto my face."  And: " As I run to her, screaming out her name, she comes into site, in a mesh net. As quickly as I could, i tried to save her.Sadly, a boy from district 1 throws a spear into her heart, as I shoot an arrow into his neck." I would give this book 95 out of 100.

Oh my gosh this is so funny! "When you walk on by, you might see me, this little red guy!"
Hahahahahaha! Watch this, you'll love it!
Here are the books I've read, and thier rating out of 10:
The road to inconcievable:
Action: 4
Mystery: 7
Magic: 10
Adventure: 10

The hunger games:
Action: 10
Mystery: 2
Magic: 0
Adventure: 8

The hunger games Catching fire (Book 2)
Action: 10
Mystery: 7
Magic: 0
Adventure:9

Im on the third book currently, so I will rate it after! I'm hoping to read a book called "Voices of the Titanic" after MockingJay. It's all about people's time on the Titanic, and quotes from them!
